Error "property 'mdUp' of 'breakpoints.value' as it is undefined." When Using Button or any component that has actions

Hi when i use Button component i get this error

TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'mdUp' of 'breakpoints.value' as it is undefined.
    at setup (@ownego_polaris-vue.js?v=360e943d:3972:13)

even for a simple button like <Button>Add product</Button> same error,
just to let you know that LegacyCard and Text works but for LegacyCard when it has actions it gives same error
