[Package Issue]: VideoLAN.VLC 3.0.22 installations by MSI are not recognized

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Hello!
I have two Windows x64 systems where VLC 3.0.20 (x64) was installed using the provided MSI.
This is not recognized by Winget and thus nomupdate to 3.0.22 can be done.
A manual installation of the 3.0.22 MSI is also not recognized by Winget.

Using the VLC exe-installer does not cause the problem, Winget will update 3.0.20 to 3.0.22 correctly.
