How would you like to be informed of future language changes? :)

Any possible method which is used for this repo, I can update translation if something will be changed in en-US translation in corresponding folders.

If project has maintainers of specific files - I can be maintainer of files I created to review / update changes.

Can you, please, tell when current main branch will be released as stable? As I see last release was at Oct 14.
