A bug happened!
The AzureKeyVault@2 task times out on our Linux pipeline agent, but runs successfully from Windows.
This same pipeline works on Windows. The last line that matches is:
##[debug][GET]https://myKeyVault.vault.azure.net/secrets/secret-name?api-version=2016-10-01
I logged into the machine this failed on and ran Get-AzKeyVaultSecret successfully against the same Key Vault.
The debug line above was traced to https://github.com/microsoft/azure-pipelines-tasks-common-packages/blob/168bf44801ce94cd45a7455cc77f66d76a0a8966/common-npm-packages/azure-arm-rest/webClient.ts#L114C5-L114C66
