Steps to reproduce
Extensions fetched from the MS Store, unlike the built-ins, behave capriciously: they sporadically vanish from the list until you toggle one on or off, return to Extensions, and find only the stock set. Clicking General and circling back restores the missing entries. No single rogue add-on appears to be to blame; the fault seems to lie with how CmdPal refreshes its catalogue. Perhaps I am wrong about this last conclusion!
