[Protected vars] EB Payment Journal

Why do you need this change?

When opening the EB Payment Journal, we would like to default / suggest the ExportProtocolCode based on the selected payment journal template.

This is possible, as the ExportProtocolCode global var is exposed and can be set.
However, all code from the ExportProtocolCode OnValidate trigger is not accesible.

Describe the request

Please move these var to the 'protected' var section:

• EnablePaymentExportErrors
• EnableCheckPaymentLines
• ExportProtocol
