Update README example

The commit eb36f56 adds a default value to base_url for class PodmanClient, I'm not sure whether the docs strings in the class itself should also specify that base_url now has a default value, but in any case the example in README.md can be made simpler like this:

I started looking into it. As it always happens, there is an issue: the default is wrong if the code is run as root. If one either enables the podman socket unit or directly runs podman system service, in the rootful case the socket will be /run/podman/podman.sock (see docs https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman-system-service.1.html#run-the-command-directly ). The current code will look for a socket in /run/user/0/podman/podman.sock, but works fine for rootless. How should this be dealt with?
Also, maybe the whole comment about the URI path is still needed in some way, at least to warn for the tcp connection.

Currently, we run tests only in rootful mode. I believe we should run them in rootless too. That's another set of problems though that I am willing to address to improve our ci

Ok, I'll try to make time and start working on the code changes. Let's see if I manage to break everything again.
About Pandora's box, I have used uv-tox to run the tests on a VM, I do not know if this could make the test matrix simpler (at least to evaluate python 3.9 to 3.14). The current setup looks too complicated to me, but I do not know all the requirements that went into it.

there is a dirty way of doing it, which is to call tests like su - $USER and add another run. quick, but I don't like it much. I would rather launch the tests in a rootless VM, basically expanding the files in plans/ and tests/.

For now I would focus on updating README and testing the default root path. that's already a nice improvement :)
