Color rotation breaks at line 55 when using `animate`

Similar simptoms as #96, which seems to be fixed. But when using `animate`, color rotation seem to break at line 55.

```sh
xxd /dev/zero | head -n55 | cat -n | lolcat -a -d 1
```
