music ignores installation path set with --prefix=..

MUSIC ignores the installation prefix set with configure and instead tried to install in the global path of Python.

./configure --prefix=/p/usersoftware/swmanage/goebbert1/stage2023/nest-desktop/easybuild/jurecadc/software/MUSIC/1.2.1-gpsmkl-2022a [..]

/usr/bin/mkdir: cannot create directory /p/software/jurecadc/stages/2023/software/Python/3.10.4-GCCcore-11.3.0/lib/python3.10/site-packages/music: Permission denied
